Take a trip to the “Big Easy” April 4, 2020, and "jazz it up" with The Madison Education Foundation’s Imagination, 2020 Gala: NOLA.

This second annual gala will offer attendees the opportunity to experience the beauty and majesty of the Madison Center for the Arts while indulging in the fine catering of Fresh From the Kitchen, owned and operated by Madison parent Noelle Salinas. Entertainment will feature a pianist from Madison #1 Middle School, a jazz ensemble from Madison Traditional Academy, and the incomparable Madison #1 Middle School Advanced Tap and Dance students.

Guests will have the opportunity to support and enrich the lives of over 6,000 students in The Madison School District through participation in a silent auction and raffle. The evening will conclude with an after-party complete with whiskey tasting from SanTan Brewing, dessert and dancing to live music with the sophisticated sounds of local band NOLAz.

Proceeds from the event support the Madison Education Foundation’s mission to enhance music and arts education across the entire district.

As a new addition to this year's festivities, The Foundation is proud to announce the first-ever Heart of Madison Award, which will be presented the evening of the event.  This award is intended to honor a community member, volunteer or local businesses whose dedication and passion for enhancing the arts in the Madison Elementary School District has left their heart print on all Madison students.
